I love this sport because everyone has the opportunity to shape their body and create a new self. Fitness gives me enormous mental and physical strength in order to master my everyday life with confidence.
Thanks to my willpower, persistence and positive attitude, I was able to turn my passion for fitness into a profession. My motto: It’s better to risk something than to regrett not doing it forever. Think, but don’t think too much.
